This jacket does a great job of keeping my little terrier warm during our early morning potty breaks when it's frosty outside. The material feels substantial and the fleece lining is soft. It’s certainly waterproof as advertised. I would suggest really double-checking your dog's chest and neck measurements, as I found it a touch snug around the chest for my guy, even though other dimensions were fine. Still, it works well.
